Auditors prepare full-scale checks of some state corporations
MOSCOW, Jun 19 (PRIME) -- The Audit Chamber is preparing full-scale checks of some state corporations with new methods, the chamber’s Head Alexei Kudrin said on Wednesday at a meeting of the regulation committee of the State Duma, the parliament’s lower house.
“With your help, we’ve changed the law on the Audit Chamber that allows us to look into the work of state corporations more deeply. We are preparing debut full-scale checks of state corporations on compliance with the strategic goals, KPI that we didn’t study before, the quality of corporate management, all internal procedures, the system of state procurements that is not limited to law 223, and the system of remuneration and bonuses as it should be oriented on fulfillment of goals,” he said.
Auditors want to start making these checks regularly, as efficiency of state assets has a significant impact on the economic growth and some industries, he said.
